順酐裝置中，工藝過程使用的水都必須是鉀、鈉離子含量小于3ppm的脫鹽水。每天都應(yīng)定時(shí)檢測粗順酐儲(chǔ)罐和工藝水儲(chǔ)罐中的粗馬來酐和工藝水中的鉀、鈉離子含量。

如果在脫水精制過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)粗順酐中的鉀、鈉離子含量超過5ppm或工藝水中鉀、鈉離子含量超過3ppm時(shí)，都應(yīng)暫時(shí)停止該批精制系統(tǒng)操作，并立即向管理部門報(bào)告，在得到管理部門同意后并在主管技術(shù)和管理人員的監(jiān)督下完成該批精制操作，然后立即對脫水精制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行清洗操作。

如果工藝水儲(chǔ)罐的工藝水中鉀、鈉離子超過3ppm，則應(yīng)立即采取用合格的工藝水置換的方法，使工藝水儲(chǔ)罐中的鉀、鈉離子含量合格。
